Privacy Policy – Total Media Converter
This Privacy Policy explains how CellHubs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Total Media Converter (the app). Total Media Converter processes the files you choose on your device. Files are not uploaded to our servers.
Information we handle
- Nothing you convert is collected by us – files stay on your device
- Log data and advertising identifiers collected by third-party SDKs
We do not sell your personal information. Information is used only to provide, maintain and improve Total Media Converter, to show relevant advertising where the app is ad-supported, and to diagnose crashes.

- Storage / media access – read source files and save converted files
Permissions are requested only when needed by a feature you use.
Third-party services
Total Media Converter uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Crashlytics
Advertising
Total Media Converter is ad-supported. Ad partners may use advertising identifiers to show ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device’s Settings (Google: Settings → Privacy → Ads; Apple: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
Log data
If an error occurs, third-party tools may collect log data such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of use.
Cookies
Total Media Converter does not use cookies itself. Embedded third-party code may use cookies or similar identifiers to improve its own services.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention & deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall Total Media Converter. To request deletion of any data we hold, email cellhubsapp@gmail.com.
Children’s privacy
Total Media Converter is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The service may link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change.
