We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ExifTool for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of Google Play.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell ExifTool except as permitted by law.
- Do not use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Advertising
ExifTool is supported by third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products they promote.
Content & accuracy
ExifTool is provided for general information and convenience. Content such as dates, questions or lookup results may change or contain errors; verify important information with the relevant official source.
Intellectual property
ExifTool, its design and content are owned by CellHubs or its licensors. Third-party names and open-source components remain the property of their owners (ExifTool is created by Phil Harvey).
Disclaimer of warranties
ExifTool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CellHubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of ExifTool.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to ExifTool if you breach these terms. You may stop using it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
