Privacy Policy – GreenTunnel VPN
This Privacy Policy explains how CellHubs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with GreenTunnel VPN (the app). GreenTunnel VPN processes your traffic on your device. We run no VPN servers and never collect what you browse: no domains, URLs, DNS queries, traffic content or Requester log. The full policy is at greentunnelvpn.com/privacy.html.
Information we handle
- Domains, URLs, DNS queries, traffic and the Requester connection log stay on your device and are never collected
- Basic app usage events and crash reports, through a random app ID (and your user ID while signed in)
- Email address, user ID and sign-in provider, only if you choose to sign in
- Purchase history, only if you buy Premium
- Android app only: advertising data handled by Google AdMob when an ad is shown (personalized only if you allow it)
We do not sell your personal information. Information is used only to provide, maintain and improve GreenTunnel VPN, to show relevant advertising where the app is ad-supported, and to diagnose crashes.
Permissions
- VPN – run a local VPN interface on your device; traffic is never sent to our servers
- Network access – connect directly to websites and download plugin lists
Permissions are requested only when needed by a feature you use.
Third-party services
GreenTunnel VPN uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase Authentication, Analytics and Crashlytics (Google)
- RevenueCat – subscription management
- Google AdMob – ads in the free Android app
- App Store and Google Play – payments
- The secure DNS provider you choose (e.g. Cloudflare, Google, Quad9), under its own policy
Advertising
GreenTunnel VPN is ad-supported. Ad partners may use advertising identifiers to show ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device’s Settings (Google: Settings → Privacy → Ads; Apple: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
In-app purchases
Optional upgrades are processed by Google Play and the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment details.
Account & sync
If you enable cloud synchronisation, your event data is stored securely so it can be available across your devices. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Log data
If an error occurs, third-party tools may collect log data such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of use.
Cookies
GreenTunnel VPN does not use cookies itself. Embedded third-party code may use cookies or similar identifiers to improve its own services.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention & deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall GreenTunnel VPN. To request deletion of any data we hold, email [email protected].
Children’s privacy
GreenTunnel VPN is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The service may link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change.
