Privacy Policy – WidgyKit
This Privacy Policy explains how CellHubs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with WidgyKit (the app). WidgyKit stores your widget data, such as habits, events and notes, on your device. An account is only needed to buy coins, bundles or Pro and restore them on other devices.
Information we handle
- Widget data (habits, events, notes) is stored locally on your device
- Account details (Apple, Google or email sign-in) only if you sign in to buy and restore purchases
- Purchase records for coins, bundles and Pro subscriptions
We do not sell your personal information. Information is used only to provide, maintain and improve WidgyKit, to show relevant advertising where the app is ad-supported, and to diagnose crashes.
Permissions
- Widgets – show WidgyKit widgets on your home screen
- Calendar (optional) – show your events in calendar widgets
Permissions are requested only when needed by a feature you use.
Third-party services
WidgyKit uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policies:
- App Store and Google Play – in-app purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases
Optional upgrades are processed by the store. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment details.
Account & sync
If you enable cloud synchronisation, your event data is stored securely so it can be available across your devices. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Log data
If an error occurs, third-party tools may collect log data such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of use.
Cookies
WidgyKit does not use cookies itself. Embedded third-party code may use cookies or similar identifiers to improve its own services.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention & deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall WidgyKit. To request deletion of any data we hold, email cellhubsapp@gmail.com.
Children’s privacy
WidgyKit is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The service may link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change.
